Jeff Hall / Founder & CEO
Jeff founded Second To None in 1989 at the age of 24. In 2003 Jeff was recognized as the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Michigan), one of Crain’s Detroit Business 40 Under 40 and has most recently served our industry as President, Mystery Shopping Providers Association and President, International Mystery Shopping Alliance. Jeff holds a BA degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Greg Wozniak, CPA / Vice President, Operations & Finance
Greg is responsible for the operational and financial effectiveness of the company, and as such, works closely and collaboratively with our Directors of Human Resources, Field Operations, Quality Assurance and Information Systems. Prior to joining Second To None, he served as Finance and Operations Director for Leo Burnett Detroit, a 300-person regional office of Leo Burnett/Publicis, a leading worldwide advertising agency.
David W. Robbins / Vice President, Client Services
David provides the strategic and operational direction for all client initiatives. He also is responsible for product innovation and new service offerings. Prior to joining STN, David served as Vice President at GfK Custom Research, where he focused on consultative research and analytic solutions in their global Brand and Communications practice. Prior to GfK, David worked for Symmetrics where he focused on the development of customer experience management decision models. David holds a MS from the School of Consumer and Family Sciences at Purdue University, and a BA in Psychology from Oakland University.
James Voight / Director, Information Systems
James is responsible for developing, reviewing, and evaluating the overall IT vision and strategies, ensuring they are aligned with the strategic objectives and business needs of our clients. He oversees the company’s technology platform, including ongoing enhancements to client-facing reporting portals, internal applications, and the integration of new data collection methodologies. James is a graduate of Oakland University.
