Utilizing a robust toolset of customized Customer Experience and Satisfaction measurement solutions, we work with organizations from strategy through operational reality to develop, manage and grow their most important asset: the brand-customer relationship.

We seek an experienced professional to provide strategic and operational direction for our client service and business development teams. The individual will work out of our headquarters in Southeast, MI and the position will require approximately 15-20% travel within the U.S.

The primary objective of this position is to strategically develop sales and client engagement support priorities, implement effective sales and service management processes, while managing these areas to deliver solid results. This role requires an individual possessing collaborative, mentoring and inspiring team-building skills and the ability to excel within an entrepreneurial environment.

Key qualities we seek:

- M.B.A, B.A., B.S. or equivalent
- 10 years of market research experience
- Minimum 10 years proven solution-based sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven consultative, value-selling success with C-level executives and top brands
- Ability to develop and deliver effective client presentations and proposals
- Experience in building and mentoring a sales and service team
- Ability to think strategically, provide coaching and enforce sales and service process discipline
- Ability to succeed in goal-driven environment
- Confidence in selling market research and customer experience consulting solutions
- Knowledge of latest trends in research, customer experience and satisfaction measurement is beneficial

This role requires an individual with the proven ability to proactively develop and execute sales and service strategies to build a client base, effectively identify and address client requirements, and cultivate relationships with C-level and senior manager contacts.

Our compensation package offers base pay with an aggressive commission program.
