Utilizing a robust toolset of customized Customer Experience and Satisfaction measurement solutions, we work with organizations from strategy through operational reality to develop, manage and grow their most important asset: the brand-customer relationship. We seek an experienced professional to provide strategic and operational direction for our client service and business development teams. The individual will work out of our headquarters in Southeast, MI and the position will require approximately 15-20% travel within the U.S. The primary objective of this position is to strategically develop sales and client engagement support priorities, implement effective sales and service management processes, while managing these areas to deliver solid results. This role requires an individual possessing collaborative, mentoring and inspiring team-building skills and the ability to excel within an entrepreneurial environment. Key qualities we seek:
- M.B.A, B.A., B.S. or equivalent
This role requires an individual with the proven ability to proactively develop and execute sales and service strategies to build a client base, effectively identify and address client requirements, and cultivate relationships with C-level and senior manager contacts. Our compensation package offers base pay with an aggressive commission program.
