European Research Association Invites Hall as Speaker

MADRID, SPAIN: Second To None, Inc. founder Jeff Hall today spoke before the European Chapter of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association as a keynote speaker for their annual conference. In a presentation entitled "What Clients Love: Building Winning Relationships", Hall shared with top European market research company presidents and executives the qualities inherent to building long-term, positive relationships with service leaders in the U.S. The annual MSPA European Chapter Conference is being held at the Fiesta Gran Colon Hotel in Madrid February 24-27 and is attended by companies representing 20 countries throughout Europe.
