Mystery Shopping Association Bestows Highest Honor to Second To None

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA: The Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA), the only global trade association dedicated to the advancement of mystery shopping and customer experience measurement research, today recognized Jeff Hall, President of Second To None, Inc. as the recipient of its annual Hall of Fame Award.

John Swinburn, Executive Director of the MSPA, commented, “Congratulations to Jeff Hall, who was named the 2007 inductee into the MSPA North America Hall of Fame.
