MSNBC’s “Your Business” Highlights Value of Mystery Shopping

June 29, 2008

NEW YORK, NEW YORK: Second To None and its President, Jeff Hall, were today featured on MSNBC’s Your Business, on a panel discussion focusing on mystery shopping and the value of customer experience measurement for small business owners. The show included a segment in which a mystery shopper was discreetly followed on an in-store experience evaluation.

“In today’s marketplace, small, medium and large companies alike are challenged for ways to attract and retain customers in an environment where there is increasing parity in product selection and price”, commented Jeff Hall, “yet most businesses provide an on-line or in-store experience that is mediocre at best. Our solutions support brands in competing on and winning with the strength of superior customer experiences across every critical touchpoint.”

Your Business features guests panelists, including venture capitalists, angel investors, business journalists, academics, and successful entrepreneurs. They help answer questions from the viewers using their own experiences. Each show highlights a segment for entrepreneurs to present a pitch idea to a panel of experts, while touching on the latest small business headlines, interesting websites for small business owners, and a weekly list of top 5 tips for improving your business.

The show is hosted by JJ Ramberg and airs on Sunday mornings at 7:30AM EST.
