Corrine joined Second To None in 2005. As the Client Service Managers, her primary role is to support the Client Service Directors and their clients both directly and indirectly. She also works to see that we meet client expectations and deadlines.
After earning a business degree from Central Michigan University, Corrine worked for EDS in a call center they managed for Oldsmobile. She started as a scheduler at Second To None before transitioning into Client Services. In her current role, she manages the day-to-day aspects of ongoing programs (shopper outreach, reporting needs, Catapult assistance) along with setting up new client projects.
“Meeting or exceeding client expectations and deadlines is very rewarding,” says Corrine. “I enjoy knowing that our services help them to better serve their customers.”
