Chad joined Second To None in 2007. As Director of Business Development, he leads the company’s new business sales and onboarding efforts. He is extremely passionate about brand success through customer experience measurement and driving customer satisfaction.
With 25 years of sales experience, Chad understands what it takes to deliver on our promise and exceed our clients’ expectations. His strategy for helping clients is to carefully listen to their needs and provide customized solutions that drive performance and excellence throughout their organization. “We intentionally design CX programs which will properly measure performance and impact customer joy,” says Chad.
