Cynthia Petersen
Cynthia is the Project Development Manager at Second To None. She joined the team in 2006 and is Operation’s link between clients and editors/mystery shoppers. Cynthia works closely with our Client Services, Quality Assurance, and Scheduling departments to set up new projects and assess them as they progress. She also ensures data accuracy of our mystery shopper systems while making the resulting data easier to understand and transform into action.
With a degree in computer technology and past experience in editing, Cynthia brings a unique combination of technical knowhow and strong communications skills to her work.
“I help ensure the data clients receive from Second To None is truly second to none by making sure the logic of the questionnaire is accurate, shoppers understand what they are doing, and editors understand how to edit a report for that project and client,” she explains.
Cynthia says the most rewarding part of her job is when a client sees the results of our efforts and is happy to continue doing business with us.
