Ken Rutka joined Second To None in 2014. As Director of Research & Analytics, he and his team research design, data analysis, insights, reporting, and presentations.
Prior to joining Second To None, Ken spent 10 years running custom market-research programs for a diverse set of clients. He holds an MBA with an emphasis in marketing and is also a graduate of the Institute for Statistics Education’s data analytics certificate program.
Ken’s primary goal is making sure clients understand their data and can use it to improve. As he sees it, his purpose at Second To None is to help every client see the value in research and mystery shop programs. He also offers analysis support to clients who don’t have internal departments that can assist them.
Exceeding client expectations and the referrals that come from it is the most rewarding part of his job.
