Lisa joined Second To None in 2000. As Director of Quality Assurance, her primary responsibility is to ensure we deliver accurate data and reports of the highest quality to every client. She and her team work directly with our field of shoppers to ensure that the unique details of each field experience are captured.
“My team develops these custom reports through the use of system logic and automated queries designed according to each client’s desired specifications,” says Lisa. “Our Quality Assurance team is made up of highly trained editing experts in industries such as restaurant, retail, banking, grocery, and healthcare.”
Lisa believes that her early experience in journalism along with her management background has helped her develop into her current leadership role. She says her adaptive style of leadership fuels her team’s ability to create custom solutions for any situation and take collective action towards achieving a common goal in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
The Quality Assurance team, led by Lisa, serves as a connection point between a brand and those who interact with it. Their continuous focus is to turn authentic, everyday experiences with a brand into actionable information delivered directly via a custom portal.
The most rewarding parts of the job, according to Lisa, are collaborating on a project launch for a new client and seeing real results. “Being able to provide our clients with honest, human insights that allow them to be the best version of themselves is one of the best things about what I do,” she says.
